Shipping Policy

Order processing (production): All items are made to order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping.
Shipping times: After production, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days (US/UK/Canada) and 5–12 business days (EU), depending on the destination and carrier.
Shipping costs: Shipping is calculated at checkout (or shown as free shipping if a promotion applies).
Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
Customs/VAT: For international orders, customs fees, import taxes, or VAT may apply and are the customer’s responsibility (where applicable).
Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, we may need to charge reshipping.
