Returns & Refunds policy

Because items are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
Damaged/defective/incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Lost packages: If tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period or your package is confirmed lost in transit, contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
